The office of Academic Registrar, Adraa Agriculture College, located in Offaka sub-county, Madi-Okollo District, invites applications from suitable candidates to pursue a two-year course in the following Programs examined by Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB). The Courses are;
1. National Diploma in Crop Production and Management (NDCP)
2. National Diploma in Animal Production and Management (NDAP)
3. National Diploma in Agribusiness Management (NDAM)
4. National Certificate in Agricultural Production (NCAP)
The college is fully registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports with registration number MOES/BTVET/219 and has a conducive learning environment with modern learning facilities and competent lecturers who are practical-oriented.
The entry requirement for Diploma Programs is Advance Certificate of Education (‘A’ Level) with at least one Principal pass in Biology, Chemistry, or Agriculture, and at least two subsidiary passes in either Agriculture, Biology, Chemistry, Food and Nutrition, Physics, Mathematics, Geography obtained from the same sitting for direct entry. Or obtained a relevant Certificate with at least a second-class award from a recognized institution.
For the Certificate program, the person should have completed at least S.4 and obtained at least 3 passes for those in the old curriculum and 3 Ds for those in the new curriculum in any of the subjects registered for at the same sitting or any other qualification equivalent to S.4 to be admitted.
The fully filled application forms can be submitted to the office of the Academic Registrar upon payment of a non-refundable application fee of Ugx. 50,000 for the Diploma program and 25,000 for the Certificate program, payable in any Centenary bank on account details;
